"Endlessly"
by: Wes Robert Ward
"Coldness is my despair, I lie within my own desolate lair with white walls all around at the light of day, and blacken walls at darken night. Awfully, it's endlessly to a pointless degree, within me and without me.
I sit against these harden walls in my fallen halls of depression, leaving years behind of mad aggression. Endlessly, everything is taken. I am tragically forsaken. Broken, and truly unspoken, cast away like an unneeded token.
Alone in the universe forevermore, never to grace upon any future's front door. Alas endlessly, am I not still human inside to hold a fist? Or am I lost endlessly in the sad past abyss?
Do I not bleed? Do I not live? Do I not sleep? Do I not die? I hold in my hand nothing, for nothing I came into this world, and nothing I leave with it. Endlessly it was my lot in life, a struggle and strife, and yet the last thing my bloodshot eyes would see is a knife.
And so as I close my tired eyes in the dark, I crave nothing more than my last embark. Picking up what I left off, what I always knew would be so rough, I went to end what I began… spilling my sands of time… committing my last crime. Endlessly, the sands spill forth, endlessly.
Slipping endlessly into a world unknown, crumbling walls I knew and known, fading away.... I'm going home.
Endlessly, my life… has ended."
The End. ⏳
